Walk across SNP bridge
About SNP bridge
Most SNP, or also known as UFO bridge is one of the more famous modern landmarks of Bratislava. Besides providing a beautiful sight with its asymmetrical shape, its also the site for many interesting activities, one of which is walking across. What may not be obvious to tourists is that besides being a road bridge, SNP is used by hundreds if not thousands of pedestrians and cyclists every day using a separate bridge level below the road.

How to get there?

Being located in mostly central part of the city, SNP brige is easily accessible from all parts of Bratislava. Below the bridge on the north side is one of the bigger public bus stations Most SNP, with tram station being nearby as well. The bridge is also easily accessible by foot from the Old Town or from the Danube River Promenade.
What to do?

It will take you 5-10 minutes to cross the bridge, depending on your pace and the number of selfies you take along the way. This is a great place for some amazing shots with Danube river in the background. The other two bridges that can be seen in the background are Old Bridge and the newest Apollo Bridge.
On the south side of the bridge you will reach the Janko Kráľ Park which is also a nice place for a relaxing walk or jog. The south side is also connected to Aupark – one of Bratislava’s biggest shopping malls.
